I am a certified NAR Real Estate Professional Assistant and certified REATC Realtor Support Specialist.
I specialize in REO Transactions. I have experience with a number of banks and Asset Managers in helping to close successful foreclosure transactions. I work with Realtors in different states such as Arizona, California, Florida, Rhode Island, Texas, Maryland and Michigan.
I also work with agents in short sales to help them with a smooth transaction.
I am able to assist with pre-marketing activities such as bpo’s, mmr’s, inspections, utilities, etc. I also assist with coordinating all offers on the property before a contract is obtained. Once the contract is obtained, I coordinate all communication and activities with all of the parties involved to reach a successful closing.
I also assist agents with their Leads Management, Listing, Marketing, Online Transaction Management for regular listings.
